Reviews

“Phillip Wildman isn’t just one of my favorite songwriters, but he’s on of my favorite performers too. He’s just as spellbinding delivering a Western Swing staple or classic Cowboy song as he is when performing one of his own clever, engaging and. masterfully crafted songs. It’s no wonder that some of Nashville’s finest and most in demand musicians had such a great time making this record with him.”

“Phillip is an absolute pleasure to work with in the studio. I always look forward to him coming to Nashville. The musicians in the studio all love him because he’s genuine. He’s the real musician/cowboy that can write, sing, and play guitar. Phillip is a true artist I can appreciate.”

-Mark Thornton

“Phillip Wildman is a musical storyteller that blends velvety vocals, guitar mastery and clever lyrics that clearly convey the stories he’s telling. He’s equally comfortable on a stage or a saddle, singing a traditional cowboy song or one of his originals. It’s always a treat to have him on the Gar Hole Stage.”
